Bidding Rules

No Prequalification Necessary. All Bidders Welcome!

  1. Bids may be left at any level, at any time prior to 5:00 p.m. Sunday evening.

  2. No one can enter the bidding after 5:00 p.m. Sunday evening

  3. Your initial bid can be any amount.  Placing a bid allows you to enter the bidding pool.  By becoming a bidder, you agree to the terms of sale.

  4. The bidding will be open.  We will tell anyone the status of the bids at any time.

  5. The home will be sold to the highest bidder acceptable to seller in round-robin bidding starting Sunday night, no later than 6:00 p.m.  The bidding will be done by phoning you at your preferred number (home, office or cell), and no one will be at the property during the bidding process.

  6. The highest bidder on the initial bid sheet will be called first and have the opportunity to make the first bid when the final round-robin bidding begins.  The next highest bidder will get the second call, and so on down the list.

  7. If there is more than one bid at the same level, the earliest bid will be called first.

  8. Every bidder will have the opportunity to top the high bid until the highest bidder is established.

  9. During the round-robin bidding, bids must be at least $5,000 apart.

  10. Your bid is non-binding, and you may withdraw it at any time.

NOTE: We prefer that all bidders not place a bid until they have first seen our home on October 11th or 12th.  If you are unable to come in person and would like to send a representative to bid or to bid over the phone, please contact us at (843) 886-4217.
